Liquid Cooling System is a device to provide heat dissipation and temperature reduction for large electronic equipment. PLC has always been used as the controller of liquid cooling system in industry. However, PLC keeps a high price for a long time which makes it hard for the domestic industry to produce larger and better liquid cooling system with higher parameters. Therefore, it is an urgent to research a cheap, flexible, and reliable liquid cooling system.The paper analyzes the liquid cooling system mechanism and the research value, dividing the liquid cooling system into two sub-systems of collection control system and human computer interaction system. In combination of reliable constrol process and digital PID arithmetic, the collection control system adopts MCU and mutiple digital integrated IC to accomplish the task of collection and control on tempeture, pressure, flow and switch. human computer interaction system adopts embedded ARM-Linux platform to provide a whole complete set of image supervision and operation interface for operators.The paper discusses in detail the research means and procedure of liquid cooling system in combination of the practive situations of projects. Final debugging and acceptance indicate that the system can accomplish the high accuracy and stable control target. The development of the system provides a low-cost and high accuracy solution to liquid cooling system manufacturing industry.
