Abstract:
Based on the development status of China¡¯s mine monitoring system and sensor technology, according to the technological advantages of M-Bus bus technology which relative to 485 bus technology which is widely used in the present existing monitoring system, the environment of underground mine is complex, and the monitoring system have many measurement points which have a wide range distribution. This paper design a mine intelligent sensor network using the M-Bus bus technology. In order to meet the mine monitoring system, to facilitate expansion, the wiring is simple, easy-to-use installation and maintenance requirements, in accordance with the M-Bus bus technology; this article designed M-Bus bus master interface circuit, and a generic smart sensor design, including M-Bus bus slave interface circuit design, The design of intelligent sensor power supply module and the choice of the main processing chip of the intelligent sensor signal processing circuit. Support in the hardware design, the paper also carried out the corresponding software design, including the main program of communication between the main master station and intelligent sensor and the main program of communication between the setter and intelligent sensor and so on.In addition, in order to meet the requirements of the security, the paper design over-current protection module of M-Bus master interface circuit and intelligent sensor have intrinsically safe design. In order to ensure stable and reliable for the system operation, the system have a design at component selection and derating used, interference, reliability, and software design. Meanwhile, in order to reduce the power consumption of system operation, intelligent sensor centralized power supply by M-Bus bus, and sensors time-sharing.This intelligent sensor network have been used in more than 30 coal mines monitoring system (shaft monitoring, hydrological monitoring, etc.), showing good results.
