Abstract:
Radio Frequency Identification(RFID) technique is employed in the Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) terminal system of metro for realizing the managment of ticket-box in transferring data with tag and data storage. For the actual demand, in this paper a kind of hand-held terminal was designed to manage the ticket-box.In the part of hardware designing, the modular structure was particularied and the samsung 2440 was employed as microcontroller chip. Allowing for the metal environment of ticket-box, HITAG2 was used to be the RFID tag, HTRC11001T was choosen as the RF chip and the antenna¡¯s working frequency was 125Khz. In addition, keyboard, LCD, communication and debug intrefaces were included in this system.In the part of software designing, Windows CE 5.0 Embedded operating system was used as the software development platform, which developed by Visual Studio 2005. The software was consisted by three parts:BootLoader, the driver of keyboard, LCD and USB interfaces, application program which contains the reading and writing programs to RFID tag.In the part of data processing, the design of terminal manager of the database schema was introduced. Data Flow Diagram, E-R model drawing of database structure and structural drawing of ticket-box¡¯s management were given. The system implement automation of en-warehouse and ex-warehouse and the function of query based on RFID technology.In the last part of the paper, system debugging procedures were given. Through the test, the hand-held terminal met the predetermined requirement.
