Abstract:
The capsule endoscope is the IC (Integrated Circuit, integrated circuit) technology, wireless communication technology, MEMS (Micro Electro-Mechanical System, the development of micro-electro-mechanical systems) technology developed in recent years, micro, non-invasive gastrointestinal examination equipment. It overcomes many shortcomings of traditional endoscope, and to achieve a complete check of the small intestine of the important issues of recent years, the field of medical devices. Israel M2A other products already on the market available, also capsule endoscope products. Capsule endoscope there are defects of the high cost, functional limitations, and domestic research already follow international technology. Therefore the capsule endoscope key technology research to improve technology, reduce the price of the product threshold has important significance. This paper aims to reduce the miniaturized circuit system development costs, while expanding the functionality of capsule endoscope. In the commercial chip realized the capsule endoscope wireless signal transmission circuit on the basis of presented based SiP (System in Package, System in Package) MCM (Multi Chips Module, Multi-Chip Module) technology the capsule endoscope circuit system miniaturization of the program. Meanwhile, a rotating magnetic field type driving study design is based on the three-dimensional spatial control mechanisms. This thesis is divided into three parts: The first capsule endoscope circuit design: commercial chip design circuit, the image signal, wireless temperature signal acquisition. Consider the capsule endoscope image resolution, the transmission rate and other parameters. Second, the capsule endoscope based on SiP MCM technology the miniaturized design: SiP MCM process characteristics, the first part of the circuit components analysis, the proposed the MCM implementation process based on SiP technology, design specific capsule endoscopy the miniaturized circuit system structure, instead of the high cost of SoC (System on Chip, System on Chip) the traditional chip custom ways. The last part of the space of the rotating magnetic field type active control study: the signal to pass three sets of coils in a certain mode, to produce capsules used to drive the three-dimensional rotating magnetic field. Specific calculated by the force of the capsule in the intestine, the mechanism of the rotating magnetic field, the control algorithm design and implementation process of the control circuit. Wherein the control circuit comprises a signal generator, signal amplification, signal complex tertiary structure.
