Abstract:
As a particular form of three phase flow, oil-gas-water three phase flow exists widely in petrochemical industry, the measurement of whose flowrate without separation has an important practical significance. The dissertationr mainly touches on two aspects of research first, determining the oil-gas-water three phase flow problems and improvement of the main program by analyzing the source of the subject, and second, developing a set of oil-gas-water three phase flow experimental facility with intermediate and adjustable pressure.1. The issues source and improvement of oil-gas-water three phase flow experimental facility ,which can meet the need of subjects and simulate the working conditions for the flow lab of Tianjin University .There were some control difficulties in the water and gas phases of a small flow measurement of the previous experiments .The research found that the existing measurement and control methods can not meet the need of the experimental targets .Beside that ,the wires of the control cabinet were not standardized . The improvement of the oil-gas-water three phase flow was proposed in this background.2. The oil-gas-water three phase flow experimental facility with intermediate and adjustable pressure is designed for three phase flow meter calibration test and experimental research under different pressure conditions in laboratory. Following scientific, economic, technologic principles during the system design and process optimization, we have accomplished the system general layout and the detailed design, such as power system design, standard pipe design, hardware and software design of the control system .We take advantage of information encoding in the hardware design of the control system. This experimental facility can control and generate various flow pattern for oil-gas-water three phase flow , for instance, annular flow, mist flow, central mist flow, drawing mist flow, stratified flow and so on. The facility control system hardware comprises an industrial computer and five Advantech acquisition cards, and its software development is based on VB6.0 and has a simply friendly surface. In the end, the overall system has been successfully tested and its trial operation steady and reliability .The experimental medium is air , gas and water and the experimental pipes diameter are DN125, DN80 and DN50 . The improved water flowrate range is between 0.2 and 2 m3/d (operating condition) , 0.35% accuracy . The facility control system hardware comprises an industrial computer and five Advantech acquisition cards, and its software development is based on VB6.0 an MCGS, and has a simply friendly surface. In the end, the overall system has been successfully tested and its trial operation steady and reliability.
