Abstract:
Locomotive is an indispensable equipment in coal production, but the use and management of locomotives have been a very difficult task, especially, underground locomotive management is a headache. At present, the phenomenon that the underground locomotive drivers trace cauda and roll people often happen. Meanwhile, Special personages check locomotive regular in the upground, underground and corner, in order to use reasonable. These conditions bring a lot of difficulties to mine management.Based on the present situation, this paper introduces the design of underground locomotive regional orientation detection system. The system includes three sections: locomotive monitor, monitor RACES and master station. The main function of locomotive monitor was to measure speed, speed alarm and upload locomotive speed, number and wagon to monitor RACES. Monitor RACES mainly received data from locomotive monitor, and transmit data by the underground ring internet to master station. According to the data from monitor RACES and using Visual Basic as a development platform, master station makes use of GIS software such as MapX to Real-timely simulate Underground locomotive operating conditions.The communication between locomotive, wagon and monitor RACES was used of the STR-30 wireless data transmission modules, UHF RFID tags and RF readers M8 module. The communication between monitor RACES and master station was:monitor RACES send the message by RS-485 interfaces, then the data were transmitted the data to master station through the the underground ring internet.This article focuses on the associated hardware and software flow chart design of locomotive monitor and monitor RACES.
