Abstract:
In recent years, with the rapid development of water resources industry in China, especially vigorously construction of irrigation and water conservancy engineering, more andmore channel projects are new build and modified, channel lining materials are in goodeconomy at the same time, the mechanical properties and durability are put forward higherrequirements. The stabilized soil, a new channel lining material caused the wide attention ofexperts and scholars, and a large amount of experimental study on the performance ofsolidified soil, and many research results are put forward. However, existing research resultsare limited to the basic mechanical properties of stabilized soil, the stabilized soil¡¯scompression damage deformation characteristics and how to improve the durabilityperformance of solidified soil in the harsh conditions are still at the preliminary explorationstage, the exploration in this aspect is seldom. As a result, the analysis on the deformationcharacteristics of solidified soil compression damage and how to improve the durabilityperformance of solidified soil, especially the antifreeze performance has the very vitalsignificance.Based on the summary in the present performance of solidified soil research results athome and abroad, for the double ash stabilized soil (in the solidified soil, mixed with the flyash and silica fume, hereinafter referred to as double ash stabilized soil), the constitutiverelation and freeze-thaw damage model are carried out some preliminary exploration. Thework and the main conclusions are as follows:(1) Through the double ash stabilized soil compressive and tensile strength test, the paperanalyzes the various influence factors on the7dand28d compressive strength,28d tensilestrength; making use of variance analysis, clears the influence factors¡¯ significant relationship:for7d and28d compressive strength, the significant relationship is the MBER content> themoisture> the silicon content> the fly ash content; for28d splitting tensile strength, thesignificant relationship is the MBER content> the moisture> the fly ash content> the siliconcontent.(2) Through the double ash stabilized soil water stable performance test, the paperanalyzes the water stability of solidified soil after the incorporation of fly ash and silica fume. For the double ash stabilized soil, the channel lining material softening coefficient is greaterthan0.85, is better water stability, meets the requirements on the material durability inchannel lining project.(3) Through the double ash stabilized soil elastic modulus test, the paper analysis: thedouble ash stabilized soil belongs to the low elastic modulus materials, elastic modulus is incommonly200MPa to500MPa; the significant relationship is the MBER content> thesilicon content> the fly ash content.(4) Through the double ash stabilized soil uniaxial compression test, the paper analysesthe compression deformation characteristicsof the double ash stabilized soil in the damageprocess. Combining with the characteristics of curve, the paper establishes double ashstabilized soil¡¯s constitutive relation model of the stress strain curve features.(5) Through the double ash stabilized soil freeze-thaw cycle test, the test get: mixed withfly ash and silica fume, the double ash stabilized soil¡¯s antifreeze performance is better thannot doped; the paper analyses the affect of moisture content, MBER, fly ash and silica fumecontent to the performance of double ash stabilized soil frost resistance, the significantrelationship is the MBER content> the silicon content> the fly ash content> the moisture. The paper builts multivariate nonlinear freeze-thaw damage model, with the highest numberof freezing and thawing N as the dependent variable, the MBER content, the fly ash content, and the silicon content as independent variables.
