Abstract:
Lack of water resources seriously in our country, it is main direction of our nation modern agriculture to develop water-saving agriculture, however, the loss of water resource in the transportation process is quite serious, channel lining is one of the effective methods to reduce transportation water loss.At present, among the channel lining methods, concrete lining channels are used relatively extensively, however, faced main problem of concrete lining channels is the frost damage, therefore, to do channels anti-prevention frost damage project well is a basic step for achieving modern water-saving agriculture. However, in winter, because of the canal-based frost effect, it makes the trapezoidal concrete lining channels suffer from frost damage to varying degrees, the occurrence of cracks, expansion, collapse and so on, some even completely lost the effect of anti-seepage, which result in increasing maintenance management cost of irrigation zones, or even investing repeatedly in reconstruction and rehabilitation, seriously impacting on hydraulic project efficiency, which restrict the development of channels anti-seepage engineering. The main reason of causing frost damage is not able master distribution principle of stress and strain while the frost damage of trapezoidal concrete lining boards, then the appropriate project measures are not taken to prevent. In order to master these principles and characteristics, this research does the following work:(1)To review relevant information about the composition of frost soil and its interaction among them, to analyze frost heave mechanism and its damage causes of trapezoidal concrete lining channels, which will lay foundation for building up frost heave mechanics model of trapezoidal concrete lining channels and its finite element analysis.(2)Through analyzing frost heave mechanism and its damage causes of trapezoidal concrete lining channels, this paper establishes asymmetric simplified model of frost heave for trapezoidal concrete lining channels, and calculates axial force, shear and moment of concrete lining board in the mechanics model to master internal force distribution principle of trapezoidal concrete lining boards.(3)The canal frozen soil is considered as isotropic elastic material, the frozen soil and concrete lining board are as the whole, with ANSYS analysis, the research object is trapezoidal concrete lining channels Jinghui in Gansu Province, to analyze thermal, stress and strain of coupling, obtaining temperature, stress and strain and deformation distribution principle of trapezoidal channels, which is used for guiding the design and construction of trapezoidal concrete lining channels.
