Abstract:
HPC is based on greatly improve the performance of concrete , modern concrete construction technology , made ??of high quality raw materials , made ??under conditions of strict quality management . HPC research and applications have been more and more widely , but for HPC systems , comprehensive mechanical properties studies but less admixture blends for a variety of little research , the study of the fracture properties of HPC less . Variation of this article by a large number of experiments to study a variety of admixtures ( fly ash, silica fume , polypropylene fiber ) , basic mechanical properties and fracture properties of HPC with ash in the case of single blending blends , the main contents including : ( 1 ) analysis of the HPC preparation principle and all - calculation method to determine the high - performance concrete mix . Obtained through the slump and extended degree test the influence of fly ash , silica fume and polypropylene fiber HPC performance . ( 2) 3d, 7d, 28d, 90d for age, obtained the law of fly ash , silica fume and polypropylene fiber on the strength of HPC HPC cube compressive strength tests and splitting tensile strength test .
