Abstract:
The aluminum ion increasing as the time in the chemical milling solutionaluminum process. When the concentration of aluminum ion reaches to70g/L, thechemical milling can¡¯t meet the requirements of production, which belong to wastechemical milling, and lead to large number of chemical raw material loss, at thesame time bring great pressure on the environment and operation cost.The object of this paper studies is some Military and Civilian airport¡¯s wastechemical milling, experiment develop on combining the beaker experiment and theequipment experiment, and the crystallization method of adding seed crystal. Studyvarious factors which influence aluminum lowering in the waste chemical millingsolution, and layered preferred choice the various factors to experiment. Researchshow:(1)The main influence of crystal method to aluminum in the waste of chemicalmilling as follow:¢ÙDilution multiple;¢ÚMixing speed;¢ÛSeed quantity;¢ÜSeedtype.(2)Use pure water dilution chemical milling0.5¡«2.5times can make thechemical milling into super saturation state from instauration or middle saturation,from the dilution multiple experimental study know, chemical milling dilution1.0¡«2.0times, the aluminum ions removal rate between45.26%¡«50.59%in11days.(3)Mixing speed have important influence to crystal of chemical milling, Fromthe mixing speed research experiment know, chemical milling dilution1.0time,add10%new seed and choose differents mixing speed,chemical milling havedifferent remove rate, under the100rad/min mixing speed the aluminum ions removalis better,reach30.02%in7days.(4)Seed quantity have important influence to chemical milling¡¯s crystal, From theseed quantity research experiment know, chemical milling dilution1.0time,100rad/min mixing speed and add differents new seed, chemical milling havedifferent remove rate, add30%new seed the aluminum ions removal is better, thealuminum ions removal is40.31%in7days, which reduce aluminum ions crystaltime4days to not add seed.(5)Different seed type have important influence to chemical milling¡¯s crystal,From the seed quantity research experiment know, chemical milling dilution1.0time, 100rad/min mixing speed and add30%different type seed, chemical milling havedifferent remove rate, add30%blackflow seed the aluminum ions removal is41.02%in3days,which reduce aluminum ions crystal time4days to add30%blackflow seed.From above each single factor research experiment of crystallization method,which have influent to aluminum¡¯s crystal.it also have known the best combination ofeach single factor¡¯s parameter. Dilution1.0time,100rad/min mixing speed and add30%blackflow seed.(6) In the equipment experiment of sequencing batch, the each parameter choosechemical milling dilution1.0time,100rad/min mixing speed and add30%blackflowseed, the aluminum ions removal is41.02%in3days.(7)In the continuous equipment experiment, the each parameter choose chemicalmilling dilution1.0time,100rad/min mixing speed and add30%blackflow seed,thealuminum ions in chemical milling removal rate maintain between39.87%¡«42.41%at the exit.
