Abstract:
The tempered glass is used more widely in daily life, for instant, using in the automotive industry and the construction industry, mainly because of high security. In order to make more extensive use of high quality tempered glass, the safety stress of tempered glass must be tested. For the sake of laser interferometry technique with the non-contact, high precision characteristics, the paper studies that the external pressure against the glass, taking Mach-Zehnder interferometer to detection stress distribution inside the glass. In the experiment, the glass will be subjected20N and set in optical path of Mach-Zehnder interferometer, utilizing CCD acquisition of the interference fringes and frequency domain filtering, using sticks cut algorithm for phase unwrapping and internal real glass phase distribution was obtained, by means of the phase relationship between the internal glass distribution and the force distribution to obtain the internal force distribution of the glass. The results show that the internal force distribution of glass is almost linear in the direction with parallel to the external pressure; the internal force distribution of glass having some volatility in a direction with perpendicular to the external pressure, but overall less volatile.By studying in this paper, has opened up a new way to detect the force distribution of glass, the technology will be used in the automotive industry, the construction industry and other fields have broad application prospects.
