Abstract:
Objective To explore the the different small dose of L- arginine (L-Arg) in the treatment of experimental acute pancreatitis role . Pathological changes observed different small doses of L-Arg treatment of acute pancreatitis (AP) in serum amylase , plasma and pancreatic tissue in rats after nitric oxide (NO) concentration and pancreatic tissue . 1 . Iodine - starch colorimetric determination of serum amylase . Nitrate reductase method for the determination of the the NO2-/NO3- content of pancreatic tissue and serum . Morphological examination of pancreatic tissue and endoscopic pancreatic tissue injury quantitative assessment . Results 1 NO2-/NO3- content . Pancreatic tissue and plasma : the AP group gt ; L - Arg treatment group (50,100,200 mg / kg) gt; sham-operated group. 2.AP serum amylase , pancreatic pathology score was significantly higher than the sham group , Serum amylase , pancreatic tissue pathology scores decreased after treatment with L -Arg , and gradually reduced in the small dose range , but still higher than the sham group . Conclusions The results suggest that : acute pancreatitis , NO generation increased significantly . As the dose increased dose study within given L-Arg , NO content decreased gradually , combined with the pathological damage significantly reduced and the decline in the value of serum amylase , the protective effect of small doses of L-Arg pancreas , (50,100,200 mg / kg) increased as the dose , the more obvious effects .
