Abstract:
Yunnan flue-cured tobacco planting area, output, cigarette production,sales of the largest provinces, the development of tobacco production topromote regional economic development, increasing the tobacco farmersincome and financial revenue has special significance. Flue-cured tobaccoridging is an important link in production of flue-cured tobacco in Yunnan,Yunnan plant smoke mostly mountainous, ridging in mountainous regionridging small flue-cured tobacco machinery homework don¡¯t adapt. In thispaper, according to the agronomic requirements of flue-cured tobacco ofYunnan mountainous ridging, through to the Yunnan red loam survey andtest, physical and mechanical properties of water straight linear designmethod of curved surface design three-dimensional model of the ridger,small furrow ridging device is designed. Actual test ridging device ridgingresistance in the field, on the basis of using Solid Works in own COSMOSWorks software, the ridging device designed for analysis of stressdistribution and deformation; Ridger is analyzed software in COSMOSWorks on the basis of ridger resistance is measured in the field experiment.Ridger strength met the requirements, light weight, easy installation, canoperate smoothly in mountain area.
