Abstract:
In order to improve the production efficiency for ditching and fertilizing, a driven small open ditch machine for vineyard was designed through the analysis of the opening ditch agricultural demands. Related parameters affect operation performance of ditching components was demonstrated through analysis of kinematics and mechanics as well as power consumption.Ditching components and indoor soil bin test was designed and manufactured. The relation between various factors and ditcher power consumption and distance of throwing soil was analyzed by single-factor experiment.Orthogonal test that four factors and three levels based on single-factor experiment was tested.The conclusion is as follows:(1) It works by twin reverse rotary tillage,the machine is so small that it can work in orchard flexibly. Manipulation rack can rotate360¡ãto adjust different height.The angle of throwing and guide plate for soil can also arrange to adapt different agriculture requirements of tillage depth.(2) The calculation formula for power consumption of ditching components as follows: Trenching depth and knife wheel speed is the main factor affecting the power consumption, the greater the speed, the greater the power consumption, trenching depth is larger, the greater the power consumption.(3) Indoor test results show that A type tillage and revolving speed as180r/min and traveling speed as0.06m/s are optimal combination.The finite element static analysis of key parts of ditching components indicate that they have good mechanical properties.(4) The high-speed camera test results of throwing soil show that top of trajectory tracking curve get higher with the increase of tillage wheel speed and the direction of throwing soil is inconsistent.(5)A proto-ditcher was made and the test was carried out on its practicability in field. The results showed that the ditcher could open a ditch at the depth of500mm through two ditch and the width of200mm which met the agricultural fertilize requirement of the ditcher for vineyard; the machine can pulverize soil and throw-out as well as it works, which matches for management of vineyard.
