Abstract:
Since the work-family conflict appearing,foreign scholars pay much attention to it greatly and have made rich results;But the scholars in our country started to reseach it lately and the productions is less.From the research actuality at home and abroad,the relation between the work-familiy conflict and its consequence are different,especially on the relation between the work-familiy conflict and job satisfaction.At the same time,the relationship of the work-family conflict and its consequence is extremely complex because a variety of mechanism and variables involved in it.Therefore,it has theoretical and practical value to study the relation between the work-familiy conflict and job satisfaction in combination with other variables under the Chinese background.Work-family conflict exists in many occupational groups in society,and the senior middle school teachers is an especial group.So this study takes senior middle school teachers as an object.Based on the ralation study of the work-familiy conflict and job satisfaction,this study brings psychological capital and perceived organizational support as theie moderator and mediator.This study analysised the moderating effect and mediating effect of the psychological capital and perceived organizational support between the work-familiy conflict and job satisfaction.Through analysis of the questionnaire of 315 senior middle school teachers,the conclusions were as follows:(1) The work-familiy conflict and job satisfaction are significantly different on some of the demographic variables.The variables on gender,age,length of teaching,the number of weekly hours,teacher in charge of a class(or not),marital status,school type are significant differences on the work-to-familiy conflict;the variables on gender,teacher in charge of a class(or not) are significant differences in the familiy-to-work conflict;the variables on length of teaching, education level are significant differences on the job satisfaction.(2) There is a significant negative correlation between the work-familiy conflict and job satisfaction.(3) The work-to-familiy conflict has a significant negative influence on the job satisfaction.(4) Hope,optimism and the psychological capital have a significant positive influence on the job satisfaction.(5) Perceived organizational support has a significant positive influence on the job satisfaction.(6) Optimism has a moderating effect between the familiy-to-work conflict and job satisfaction.(7) Perceived organizational support has some mediating effect between the work-to-familiy conflict and job satisfaction.
