Abstract:
Since the reform and opening up , with the changes in society , more and more women are numerous and the relationship between work and family influence . Female nurses is one of the large groups . Working families to promote and work - family conflict is two very important aspects of the work-family interface , the former concern is the positive side of the work-family interface , the latter concern is the negative side of the work-family interface . Focus on the Family will be involved to marriage, female nurses because of their physical, emotional and mental exhaustion and marital burnout situation . More related foreign , but domestic rarely . This study explores what working families in the context of Chinese culture to promote the role of in between work-family conflict and marital burnout . The study results show that working families for married female nurses can help overcome work-family conflict and marital burnout , improve their quality of life and the quality of marriage and contribute to better adapt to the workplace . This study used questionnaires to explore the married female nurses , family and marriage -related issues in the context of Chinese culture . The survey of 600 married female nurses by nearly ten hospitals around the city of Henan Province , using the t-test , correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis and other statistical analysis techniques, concluded as follows : first , the different age of marriage , number of children , with or without living together , and elder age, family income , average daily working hours , the unit nature of married female nurses there are significant differences in the different dimensions of work -family conflict and marital burnout . Second , the study of the impact of work-family conflict marriage burnout , work-family conflict marriage burnout significantly positively predict . Third, the study of working families to promote marriage burnout , working families to promote marriage burnout significant negative prediction . Fourth, working families to promote the work - the Family \plays a regulatory role . Finally, this study deficiencies and needs further solved statements.
