Abstract:
Work-family interface has always been of management, psychology scholars are concerned. In recent years, work-family interface for working families gain as a positive aspect has been favored by many researchers. Working families gain refers to the individual's experience in a role to another role in the field of improving his quality of life (including performance and emotional) level. This study selected company employees, school teachers and university teachers as research subjects, working families by separately investigate the relationship between gain and job burnout, work - family enrichment and quality of life for working families to study the relationship of the individual to eventually gain What are the consequences? This study used questionnaires, using t-test, correlation analysis, variance analysis, hierarchical regression and other statistical methods, specific conclusions are as follows: 1. working families gain of each dimension in the population, histological differences variables: working families gain work - family instrumental dimension in the unit gain nature, positions differ; work - family psychological dimensions of the unit gain nature, position and wage differences; family - instrumental gain work and family - work psychological gain in terms of gender there are differences. 2 working families gain four dimensions (work - home instrumental gain, work - family psychological gain, family - working tools of gain, the family - work psychological gain) and three dimensions of burnout (emotional exhaustion, personality disintegration, reduced personal accomplishment) showed a significant negative correlation. Work - family instrumental gain on staff emotional exhaustion, depersonalization have significant negative prediction; work - family psychological gain on staff emotional exhaustion, depersonalization have significant negative prediction; family - working tools of gain for employees The emotional exhaustion have significant negative prediction; families - Working psychological gain for employees depersonalization, reduced personal accomplishment has significant negative prediction. 3 working families gain four dimensions (work - home instrumental gain, work - family psychological gain, family - working tools of gain, the family - work psychological gain) and quality of life in three dimensions (general health, physical health, mental health) showed a significant positive correlation. Work - family instrumental gain on overall health, physical health and mental health has a significant positive predictor; work - family psychological gain on overall health, mental health has significant positive predictor; family - working tools of the gain on the each dimension of quality of life were not significant predictors. Family - Work on the overall gain psychological health, physical health, mental health has a significant positive predictor of 4 three dimensions of burnout (emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, reduced personal accomplishment) in the three dimensions of work and family gain ( Work - family instrumental gain, work - family psychological gain and family - work psychological gain) and quality of life play an intermediary role between. Work - family instrumental gain by reducing emotional exhaustion, depersonalization enhance individual general health, physical health and mental health; work - family psychological gain by reducing the individual's emotional exhaustion enhance overall health and mental health; family - work through the psychological gain reduce depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment enhance the individual's general health, physical health and mental health.
