Armed soldiers are trained and armed police on duty working the main force , their work conditions and stress levels of subjective well-being will directly affect the successful completion of various tasks forces . In previous studies , based on the revision of this paper armed police formed a working pressure of the questionnaire , the working pressure by armed police status and subjective well-being status and the relationship between the two study reached the following conclusions : 1, revision working pressure after armed police questionnaire includes the following six factors: workload , job characteristics , interpersonal roles , job competence , personal development, economic pressure , the revised questionnaire has good reliability and validity, and can reflect the armed police working pressure conditions . 2 , armed police soldiers working pressure of each factor from low to high in the order: interpersonal roles lt; work competent lt; economic pressure lt; workload lt; operating characteristic lt; personal development. Personal development pressure maximum , minimum three interpersonal role stress , work pressure armed police there are differences in the demographic variables . 4 , armed soldiers SWB lower middle level. 5 , armed soldiers SWB there are differences in the demographic variables . 6 , work stress and subjective well-being there is a significant negative correlation , the correlation coefficient is -0.300 . Working pressure of different dimensions and different dimensions of subjective well-being also exist between significant correlation. 7 , work pressure on SWB strong negative predictive power ; workloads and job characteristics can predict happiness index joint ; workload and interpersonal roles joint can predict emotional balance ; operating characteristics and economic pressures combined can predict life satisfaction .
