Abstract:
With the deepening of the process of internationalization of education in China , increasing the number of foreign teachers , language barriers , cultural differences , lack of awareness of all the domestic school administrators Zhezhi expatriates teachers management difficulties , low resource utilization of foreign intellects and , teachers frequently replaced phenomenon . \This study to \the current research on the psychological contract status quo of China 's foreign Teachers and depth interviews , as well as their sense of organizational support , organizational commitment , job satisfaction and performance . The research results show that the foreign teachers psychological contract teachers responsibility part partial balanced school responsibility for part of the three Contract Dimension balanced ; foreign teachers of teachers relational responsibility to their psychological contract fulfillment is positively correlated , their perceived organizational support , organizational commitment and work satisfaction have a positive impact on expatriate teachers in schools relational responsibility to their psychological contract fulfillment is related the School transactional responsibilities to their psychological contract rupture positive correlation ; foreign teachers rupture of the psychological contract their organizational support and job satisfaction degrees have a greater negative impact ; school foreign teachers psychological contract responsibility to fulfill its perceived organizational support have a positive impact . Most of the results of this study confirm the assumption about the psychological contract and related factors , and the psychological contract management for domestic colleges and universities to establish foreign teachers to provide empirical evidence and theoretical support .
