Work-family conflict has always been the focus of foreign scholars, have achieved fruitful results for a long time. But it¡¯s very late to study the work-family conflict in our country, the results is relatively fewer; from the domestic and international current situation, many scholars have differences in work-family conflict and turnover intention relationship, this paper in-depth study the relationship between work-family conflict turnover intention in Chinese background.Work-family conflict exists in many occupational groups in society, of which female bus drivers are a special group. Then, this article choose the female bus drivers as the objects of the study, the main purpose is to understand the female bus drivers¡¯ work-family conflict and turnover intention relationship. Provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the further study on the future impact of factors and interventions.Based on 313 female bus drivers¡¯questionnaire analysis, through correlation analysis, regression analysis, the author found:the overall work-family conflict was significantly associated with turnover intention. And also get the following conclusions:(1)The female bus drivers¡¯work-family conflict is in the middle level, the work-family time conflict is slightly higher.Female bus drivers¡¯ turnover intention at the lower level.(2) Female bus driver¡¯s work-family conflict and turnover intention in the demographic variables were significantly different, the work-family conflict have significant differences in where the team, education, work experience, children conditions, salary, night work and overtime on; Turnover intention have significant differences in age, working hours, child situation, salary, night work and overtime.(3)The three-dimensional degree of work-family conflict were positively correlated with turnover intention, work-family conflict and turnover intention was positively correlated. Family work is also relevant, but the relationship was not significant.
