Medium density fiberboard enterprise is one of the largest energy consumption industrial. There¡¯re two main energy supply modes for production line:First, using coal as fuel; Second, wood waste or crop residues burn for energy directly. Due to the non-renewable fossil energy and the environmental pollution caused the development of new energy to become the inevitable trend. Most enterprises will burn wood waste directly, extensive combustion is actually a waste of resources, many countries manufactured wood pellet fuel for fireplaces that¡¯s safe and efficient, high added value. Pellet fuel is easier than loose fuel to storage, fuel efficient, renewable and environmentally friendly, a kind of prospects for the development of alternative energy.From the energy conservation, low-carbon environmental point of departure, test and analysis of wood waste and crop residues compression pellet fuel process, the formation mechanism, industry analysis, combustion characteristics, ash melting point and incineration morphology, to find out the optimal parameters of the material forming effect, to prvide reasonable choice for crop residues as a supplemental fuel for medium-density fiberboard plant, theory reference basis and data for biomass combustion furnace design. The results of this study are as follows:1) The object of study was annual production capacity of150,000m3density fiberboard plant in Lian Yun gang, its production line consumption of heat was87.308GJ/h in total, equivalent to ordinary coal5.05t/h. The production line generated wood waste such as sanding powder mostly, sawdust and the edge of the bark and waste fiber formation, followed, by the release79.262GJ/h heat, partly the lack of crop residues added.2) Use the XS-200flat die pellet mill manufactured sanding powder molding fuel,the best molding moisture of sanding powder molding is20.5%; The best molding moisture of mixed sanding powder with waste fiber is20.5%, the largest density was1.285g/cm3when waste fibers account for33.75%of the total, molding rate was91.23%; Rice husk and sanding powder mixing ratio was greater than1:1, forming ineffective, low molding rate and density, easy scattered. When the moisture content was20.5%, the husk percentage content was33.75%or less, the molding density of the particle fuel was about1.2g/cm3, preferably molded, the molding rate was about88.53%.3) Through comparative analysis the sanding powder, rice straw, rice husk, cotton stalk and coal combustion characteristics, the ash melting point, sanding powder, rice straw, rice husk, cotton stalk volatile burning were faster than coal, the ignition point, fixed carbon combustion temperature, the burnout temperatures were lower than coal. Compared with coal, biomass pellet fuel has features such as fire easily, high combustion efficiency, less ash flying; When sanding powder, waste fiber, bark, straw combustion in a stove, the temperature control of the furnace mouth is1123¡æhelp prevent slagging phenomenon.4) Coal and biomass pellet fuel by life cycle assessment, waste briquette is an ideal alternative energy sources of coal. From an economic point of view, coal costs960yuan/ton, wood waste fuel costs273yuan/ton. From energy consumption, sanding powder collection, compression molding need to consume human, material and power resources, which, compression molding stage energy consumption accounts for the largest proportion. Coal from the mining, processing and then to use, need to consume non-renewable resources of oil and coal. From an environmental perspective, coal combustion release carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide and other polluting gases, biomass pellet fuel carbon dioxide "zero emissions"
