Abstract:
With the growth of modern shipbuilding mode, the modular design is applied from naval vessels to the civilian vessels. Based on the principle of group technology and concurrent engineering, the modular design can make shipbuilding achieve greater efficiency. In this paper, modular design idea is to be used in ship outfitting to improve the rate of pre-outfitting and shorten the whole shipbuilding period.This paper focus on following items:The content of ship outfitting design, the basic methods of outfitting modular design and the premise of application outfitting modular design are studied;Application is made according to the modular design method. In the applcation, some important questions, invlved in the product process, are to be studied. In the end, the paper studies the effectiveness through comparison;The mathch problem is studied in application outfitting modular design with the soft wear Tribon and CIMS;Comprehensive analysis of implementation of outfitting modular design is made.This paper introduced an advanced ship design technology-modular design which breaking the traditional design habit. Through making ship outfitting¡°intermediature product¡±, the new design can effectively improve the design, manufacture, management and product quality, and have an impact on the entire shipbuilding process.
