The era of the knowledge economy, improve the ability of knowledge innovation has become an inevitable choice for an organization in the fierce global competition. Strengthen staff training is an important way to improve organizational knowledge innovation capability. Scholars at home and abroad, the application of empirical methods for training migrate launched a large number of in-depth and useful research. With the help of knowledge management and organizational learning theory, thinking of Applied Systems Analysis, through a combination of normative analysis and empirical research reveals migration connotation of training, training the composition of the migration system, the trainers knowledge innovation (Training migration) mechanism; build The SECI model training migrate, provides a new perspective for further training migration studies. First, based on the training migration concern individual training in the acquisition of knowledge and its application, from the point of view of the knowledge innovation, training migrate defined as trainees for heterogeneity knowledge, and integration with the existing knowledge and the process of applying new knowledge.
