Abstract:
The main target of production is to achieve a high-precisioned and automated process, the measurement¡¯s efficiency and precision are the important part to achieve that target. Traditional measurement suffered great deficiencies when it comes to the small diameter linear material. In order to overcome the disadvantage of traditional measurement, based on the study of literature from both domestic and foreign,this paper studied on FPGA-based online measurement system. By using the Fraunhofer diffraction as the basic principle of the measurement process, this paper analyzed the calculation formula, and the spectrum of the diffraction pattern of the derivation of the measurement system according to the knowledge of physical optics. For the measurement system solutions that based on FPGA devices, a FIR filter based on the distributed algorithms is designed and realized, than proposed an dark points extraction algorithm, which based on the weighted thought, and verified the feasibility of the algorithm. Carried on a Subdivision calculation of dark spots,by the principle of least squares, obtained a measurement accuracy of3um by calculated the actual data than analyzed the error of the measurement system. Finally concludes the paper, to further enhance the measurement accuracy, made a few outlooks.
