Abstract:
With the rapid development of theory and technology of Radio direction finding, Satellite radio direction finding system is becoming the key technologies and important content of the radio navigation and positioning, wireless communications, and other fields. Whether in aviation, maritime industry, meteorology, astronomy and space research, satellite communications and other civilian fields, as well as modern warfare, Satellite radio direction finding system is playing a very important role.At first, by analyzing the process of wideband signals passing narrowband receiver, this paper emphatically analyses the characteristic of the signals having passed the narrowband receiver. It can be proved that the direction information of wideband signals has been kept after passing the narrowband system. So we can conclude that the DBF narrowband receiver systems have the ability to estimate the direction of arrival for wideband signals.On the condition of the One-dimensional uniform linear array, this paper Experimental analyses the MUSIC algorithm which is based on the narrowband, and also analyses the ISM and CSM algorithm which is based on the wideband. The simulation results show that, because of the frequency centre of IF signals has frequency deviation with the IF of DBF narrowband receiver system, estimated results will have a great deviation. Accordingly, with the method which is based on the wideband can help to overcome the bias.We use L-shaped array as the two-demensional array structure in this paper, and we test two kinds of 2D-Esprit algorithm which are based on L-shaped array, the result shows that this two methods both have the estimative deviation which is similar to the case of One-dimensional uniform linear array. Accordingly, a improved programme is given to correct the result, and that the simulation results is given too.
