Since the mid-20th century, the former Soviet Union successfully launched a lunar exploration satellite, the history of human lunar exploration has been 50 years. Into the 21st century, along with another international lunar exploration climax, China also launched a series of lunar exploration satellite Chang-e. During this period, all countries in lunar spatial data. The lunar data stored in the ground application of Chang E project center, lunar field scientists are scattered throughout the country. How can scientists have quick and easy access to these lunar space data is the most important issue of the application of China's lunar space data. And reference and comparison lunar spatial data of other countries is also of great significance for China's lunar research. They come from different countries have different data formats, how unified management and publish these data is also need to address the problem. In this paper, based on the demand of China's lunar space data sharing, data sharing characteristics of lunar data, the lunar space research publishing technology, design and realization of a unified lunar spatial data sharing publishing system. The main content of this study are as follows: 1. Lunar cataloging of spatial data management. The lunar data management is the basis of the lunar space data sharing. First lunar space data of the current domestic and international collection, collation, analysis, based on the characteristics of the lunar spatial data, its classification, and then proposed a lunar space inventory of the data model and storage model; lunar space data conversion systems. Lunar spatial data has multi-source, multi-format features, depending on the application purpose, efficient conversion between different lunar space data, is an important issue faced by the lunar spatial data sharing. Lunar spatial data conversion system design based on Spatial Data Abstraction Library (GDAL) dual mode, to provide users with desktop applications conversion and conversion services for Web applications, support for the PDS the IMAGE 115 kinds, including GEOTIFF common lunar space data format raster data and PDS TABLE 51 vector data read and write operations, achieved good results in practical applications. The system has made the software copyright. 3. Lunar spatial data dissemination system. Characteristics of lunar spatial data for multi-source, multi-type, mass, based the proposed cataloging and storage model, this paper WebGIS technology, design and implementation of a lunar space Data Dissemination System, the system provides users with efficient lunar space data query, browse and download function, the system has been put into practical use.
