Abstract:
In the mobile law enforcement systems, maritime law enforcement information and terminal positioning is crucial to develop a scientific and advanced mobile law enforcement system , to facilitate the process of solving the existing maritime law enforcement appears difficult to protect the crime scene , hard evidence , information recording imperfect and in a timely fashion and other defects. GPS mobile enforcement system is a global satellite positioning systems, database technology, computer network communication technology, and based on the \First, the GPS mobile law enforcement system key technologies used in the theoretical analysis , by analyzing the system requirements, design the system's overall program , software architecture and application architecture. Based on B / S and C / S mode combines the design scheme of the system 's service management platform and client systems carried out a detailed functional analysis . The researchers then applied the system key technical difficulties and implementation. Adoption of mobile database to store basic data, to ensure that the mobile device is offline client systems running. Direct Push email using information technology to achieve active push to ensure the mission issued the normal message sending and receiving . WCF communication technology used to build distributed systems interconnection solutions for mobile and remote database data synchronization . While using GPS technology to achieve real-time positioning enforcement terminals . Finally, the complete functional testing of client systems , and overall system testing, test run results are analyzed and pointed out areas for improvement of the system .
