Abstract:
Because of the urgent and serious problem of environment, the internationalcommunity has paid more and more attention. As accelerate eliminated the formerrefrigerants those damage to environmental, it¡¯s a pressing task to exploit and use newenvironmental-friendly refrigerant for the global refrigeration industry. There are twotypes of refrigerant can be chosen as the substitutes according to the requirements ofenvironmental-friendly. As a result of better environmental performance,thermodynamic performance and cycle performance, many scholars believe that itwill present an optimistic view of its application prospect. But many refrigerants ofHFCs and HCs are flammable, the security risks that limit its spreading use. Therefore,it¡¯s necessary to do further experimental research and analysis of the explosive limit ofthe new environmental-friendly refrigerants. And make the experiment conditionspossible to consistent with the actual situation, in order to properly guide theproduction and use of flammable refrigerants in real life.First, describe the theory of combustion reaction and explosion, and point outthat the reaction mechanism and the relationship between the combustion andexplosion. On this basis, the theory of explosive limit of the flammable refrigerantswas analyzed. Meanwhile, make a brief description of several factors that impact ofthe explosive limit. It¡¯s theory foreshadowing for subsequent experiment research.In accordance with the relevant national standard requirements and improved, atesting device for testing explosive limit of combustible gas which automaticallycontrolled by the host computer and ambient temperature can be adjusted wasestablished. Then based on it, a series of experiments were taken out about theexplosive limit of HFC161¡¢HFC152a¡¢HC1150and DME under the conditions ofvariable temperatures and draw the quantitative relationship between the explosivelimit and temperature. Meanwhile, make research on the impact of retardantrefrigerants (HFC134a and HFC227ea) on the explosive limit of HFC152a, M andDME. Obtain the relationship between the explosive limit of binary mixtures andtemperature, as well as the rule of explosive suppression concentration ratio varieswith temperature.Meanwhile, in order to realize the insecurity of using flammable refrigerants in actual, a variety of situations that in line with different leak holes and wind speedswere simulated by the simulation software FLUENT to analyze the risk of leakagewhich from the home air conditioning that filling flammable refrigerant. Then analyzethe danger zone where maybe occur combustion according to the concentrationdistribution after the leakage. It makes a foundation to guide how to pay attention toprevent the risk of flammable refrigerants in real life.
