Abstract:
This article according to the principle of coordinated control system combiningwujing II power plant Unit actual operating parameters, establishment of600MW ofsubcritical coal-fired generating unit system mathematical model of the controlledobject, mathematical models and simulation in Simulink software compare simulationresults obtained with the plant running data, verify the feasibility of the model of thecontrolled object. Model has been established on the basis of conventional furnaceswith separately controlled policy, based on DEB method (direct energy) furnacecontrol strategy, based on DEB+advanced machine-furnace of delayed feed machinecontrol strategy simulation. By Simulink software, run against the constant pressureand sliding-pressure operation, respectively, increased load and load simulation test,through the furnace of simulation experimental results demonstrated by DEB andDEB metheod+lead-lag compared with conventional feed-forward control strategyof boiler control strategy for better stability when the load fluctuations of main steampressure. By sliding-pressure experiments show that, by DEB+lead-lag in thefeed-forward control strategy for three closest to the unit control strategy forsliding-pressure curve.Though this research, provided a reference for optimal
