Abstract:
As more and more production place require higher temperature control accuracy and real-time capability, the ActionServlet of temperature control system must have faster processing speed. Because of its strong processing power and plenty of peripherals, DSP is gradually be applied to control system.In this paper, a kind of temperature monitoring system has been designed to control the temperature of the resistance furnace. DSP TMS320F2812chip is used as the ActionServlet. The main content of research include building the hardware platform and designing software programs. The hardware platform is constituted by the temperature acquisition module, the ActionServlet, the analog output module, voltage regulating module, human-computer interaction module and the resistance furnace. The programs is written by the C language through the CCS3.3development platform. The functions of the program contain temperature gathering, data conversion, calculation of control method, outputting controlling quantity and human-computer interaction. The conventional PID has been used as the control method. In addition, based on the method, one kind of fuzzy controller has been designed.Using the temperature control system designed in this paper to monitoring the temperature of resistance furnace. The experimental results show that the speed of acquisition and calculation could be improved when used DSP TMS320F2812as the ActionServlet. Compared with conventional PID, the fuzzy PID control system has smaller overshoot and shorter response time. Besides, the accuracy and anti-interference ability of the system is obviously improved.
