Abstract:
With the increasing automation of testing means updates, as an emerging discipline , machine vision technology for its efficient, intuitive, high precision, real-time, simple operation has been considerable development. Especially in the real-time quality detection technology , the machine vision technology is becoming increasingly widespread . This paper describes its color rainbow film laminating machine detection . This system is composed from two angles and algorithm design introduces a complete machine vision system in real-time quality control applications in industrial practice , detailed description includes a light source selection, fixture design , the trigger system installation, commissioning image acquisition device , based on the actual situation of image preprocessing algorithm , edge detection, object extraction, invariant moments calculations and user interface design. In the system components , the paper according to the actual situation , to meet the design requirements of the whole complex machine designed a case of reasonable image acquisition device , an effective solution to lighting, noise shielding effect of vibration to eliminate other issues. The design of the algorithm , the actual image data made ??noise , blur and other mathematical models and combining these models effective solution proposed algorithms. In edge detection, image understanding level object recognition , the choice and optimize the Laplacian operator, improved processing algorithms such as thresholds , to improve the overall computational efficiency. Finally, the optimized algorithm and actual demand , based on the design of a user-friendly interface, and provide a selection of parameters, the system can adapt to a wider variety of situations and improve the stability of the system . The system has been applied in Wuhan Jin Choi Transmission Co., Ltd. Baoding Seared Machinery Factory and Shanghai Zi Jiang color Packing Co., rainbow film laminating machine , and the practical application , to good effect.
