Abstract:
China's large population , relative shortage of resources , while emissions of fly ash and coal gangue still increased dramatically, not only takes up a lot of land , but also caused serious environmental pollution. This issue through research cooperation, for solid waste such as fly ash and coal gangue comprehensive application of resource needs, the development of intelligent , integrated, networked 1,200 tons autoclaved fly ash brick molding equipment, automated production lines. This paper, the molding equipment, hydraulic system is studied and designed . First, the demand for hydraulic system design , based on the next cylinder filling unit double sleeve structure and characteristics of the structure and design of the dual- pump dual-circuit hydraulic system , and underwent a major component selection ; Secondly, the use of software for the design AMESim the hydraulic system modeling and simulation of dynamic characteristics , obtained suppress some speed, pressure and displacement curve , based on these results, the parameters are optimized and selection ; then, the simulation results found for the hydraulic system shock and vibration problems have an impact on the reasons for the theoretical analysis , and one-way throttle valve and relief valve unloading circuit unloading circuit group conducted a study presented with remote control port relief valve pressure release method ; finally re-use AMESim for improved secondary hydraulic system modeling and simulation , through comparative analysis to verify the improved scheme is reasonable. By commissioning validation, design of this project 1,200 tons autoclaved fly ash brick molding equipment, hydraulic system to achieve the desired functional requirements , the action in the correct order , with good reliability and practicality , to meet the needs of field production .
