Abstract:
In recent years, testing technology and testing equipment has made rapid progress,vibration data of hydropower unit can be obtained directly through the testing method.Hydropower unit vibration evaluation standards can be modified and integration based on alarge number of test data and related statistics knowledge. This article is based on theresearch and application of standard reference vibration quantity acquisition and mutualconversion method, vibration characteristic value of standard and vibration data collectionand sorting. Including the following parts:First, analyzes the working principle and frequency response range of the sensorwhich use to measure the different vibration quantity, describes the method (pass frequencyintegral and specify frequency integral) of using acceleration to evaluate the unit vibrationlevel, analysis of the applied range of this method based on the measured vibration data.Secondly, analyzes the calculation method of vibration signal characteristic value(value,97%confidence value, maximum peak to peak value), the applied range of usingdifferent characteristic value to evaluate the unit vibration level.Finally, build the vibration database to collect and manage the various types ofvibration data, develop a software about the characteristic value extracting and processingof vibration data, Completing vibration database query and management, analyzing theinfluence of working head, unit load, unit size and speed in building the vibrationstandards.
