Abstract:
For oil scarcity, natural gas is increasingly used in automotive fuel and automobile gas filling station has been widespread established in China. The CNG compressor main in reciprocating compressor is the core of the station and the working performance of it directly affect station¡¯s work.The valve called as piston compressor¡¯s heart and throat is the key component of the compressor while the ring valve is the most kind of the valve. It takes a great theoretical and practical significance in the study of working theory and working of valve and make up high performance ring valve. The article takes the DF-2/3-250natural gas compressor¡¯s ring valve as study object.Ring valve automatically opened and closed under the performance of pressure difference and the spring force. Problems occurred in the ring valve working include plate wreck and untimely open and close, valve leakage and spring¡¯s failure. For the experimental research usually restricted by the model size, boundary conditions, the performance of instruments and so on and all this lead to the finiteness of the analysis ability and cognition directly. Modern optimization based on the3D theory to prove the models aiding by the general and special software.Based on the analysis of the ring valve behavior and flow field simulation, propose the measures to improve the valve seat, valve plate, lift limiter and spring structure and proved by computer. The leading contents include:First, parameters design and model of ring valve; secondly, the improvement of valve seat, plate, spring and lift limiter; thirdly, mechanics analysis of the plate and valve seat, circular arc chamfering valve plate is the best; fourthly, simulation of ring valve flow field for different seat structure, arc charming is the best; fifthly, optimize the lift limiter structure and the lift is increased0.5mm is optimal; sixthly, conical helical spring fit better in the annular compared with the cylindrical helical spring.
