Abstract:
Pumping units are important drives on the ground of pumping system in oil field, are the main component of "Three Smoke" system. In the rod pumping system, because there exist in the pumping units, such as large fluctuate of loads, the inhomogeneity of the alternating loads of the pumping units will inevitably lead to instability of the transmission performance, therefore, the study of a machine of regional concentration of the pumping center unit, has important practical significance.This thesis analyzes the distribution of some oil wells in Daqing oil field and the form of rod pumping loads showing the characteristics of simple harmonic motion, uses the phase change characteristics of the pumping system loads variation, reveals the working principle of the pumping cente units, The general plan is desigened according to the machine with the six oil wells.To solve the power-saving and consumption-reducing in the pumping system, The pumping cente units made the kinematics and dynamics performance models applied by dynamic analysis theories and methods, influence on the pumping cente units kinematic and dynamic features which caused by different stroke.stroke changes.institution size and the rod loads are alalyzed. To improve the oil center system performance, optimize the structural design and improvement is provided a theoretical basis. In order to reduce the motor output shaft angular velocity fluctuations, an equipment is designed on the shaft of motor to add up the moment of inertia, therefore the asynchronous motor matches with the pumping working, and motor working condition is improved.Finally, combined with mechanical optimization design theory, the pumping cente units made structure size optimization design, and the optimum before and after the kinematics and dynamics performance parameters are analysed and compared, improved kinematic and dynamic performance of the pumping center units system.
