Abstract:
The tool traces of detection, as an important method of image analysis tool marks , has a wide range of applications in the field of product quality testing , security , criminal investigations . Traditional tools trace detection methods are mainly professionals under the microscope than traces image by pairwise comparison to achieve , but with the increase in types and number of the tools trace detection object , by human greater impact . Low efficiency , operability , this method can not meet the requirements of modern and efficient . The texture is the expression of the attributes of the object table or structure , the the tool traces of the basic characteristics of the image . With the development of computer and artificial intelligence technology , with the texture analysis of the tool traces of image feature extraction , in order to achieve the the tool traces of test standardization , automation . In this thesis, a tool for processing traces , such as boxer drills, routers and other tool marks left in the surface of the workpiece in the production process . To establish a kind of universal method for the identification of tools such as machining marks , preliminary identification test tools such as machining marks . First , the thesis research tools such as machining marks image preprocessing algorithm comparison and analysis . Secondly , according to the type of traces of ridge characteristics of the image is determined by extracting such ridge center and further processing traces of such tools into class linear texture ; using wavelet transform spectral analysis method for image feature extraction and image recognition , design the corresponding algorithm to calculate the characteristic parameters ; Finally , to achieve the above-mentioned process by VC platform programming . The method can not only initial realization of such identification mark image processing tools , and reduce the effective recognition of the traditional tool for processing traces subjective , time-consuming , operability and poor .
