Abstract:
In construction, durable buildings that affect the quality, aesthetics and life of one of the main factors is also a problem can not be ignored. It refers to the material to resist their own potential long-term damaging effects of environmental factors or the ability to be a broad, comprehensive, systematic concept. However, the durability of the material because the engineering involved in the scope of certain special performance requirements are more intuitive and pressing, therefore, of the overall durability of the material. In this paper, a combination of theoretical and experimental methods to analyze the impact of the Yellow River silt sintered porous brick durability of the various factors, and accordingly put forward ideas and methods to solve problems. Doing research mainly includes the following aspects: (1) the overall study analyzes the impact of the Yellow River silt sintered porous brick durability of the various factors to obtain the durability of the three controlling indicators: Pan-cream, lime and anti-burst frozen performance, elaborated Yellow River silt sintered porous brick efflorescence, lime burst, freeze-thaw phenomenon mechanism and the harm caused, and developed a pilot program of its controlling indicators; (2) impact analysis through two trials Yellow Sintered mud brick efflorescence phenomenon of the main factors, and accordingly proposed to mitigate their way efflorescence phenomenon; (3) through the Yellow River silt sintered porous brick lime burst groups resulting from the test situation, analyze its causes, and its failure modes established model, and the test data obtained by fitting the particle size of limestone and lime produced between burst, thereby obtaining the raw material brick manufacturing process is reasonably necessary limestone particle size: Accordingly, on reducing final burst of lime measures, the Yellow River silt sintered porous brick limestone raw material specific requirements, adobe production process has a strong guiding significance; (4) on four different porosity of the Yellow River silt sintered bricks for 15 freeze-thaw cycle test, and their test results are analyzed and its data fitting, research different porosities of the Yellow River silt sintered porous brick frost resistance, get the product and its porosity between frost resistance, explore the porosity molding Limits; finally freeze-thaw damage accordingly propose measures to mitigate: (5) in the Yellow River silt sintered porous brick three-controlling index test, based on an analysis of its durability index cross between factors, and then analyze the cross-cutting factors the overall durability of the brick body effects, and thus put forward some measures to improve its overall durability.
