Abstract:
As one of Nine Objectives and Tasks for construction of harmonious socialist society, being defined as High Efficiency of Energy Using and Improving the Ecological Environment Significantly by The CPC Central Committee on building a harmonious socialist society the decision of a number of major issues, the task faces the country¡¯s tough situation about resources and environment. Meanwhile, Building a Resource-saving and Environment-friendly society was also proposed by the article. To achieve the targets, Wuhan city circle and Changsha,¡°Zhuzhou and Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration¡±(CZXUA) have been designed as an experimental zone for comprehensive reform of National resource-saving and environment-friendly society in December, 2007.Building CZXUA is the significant opportunity and great historical mission for Hunan province, it brings huge potential of development to the area. Under this background, implementing the scientific development concept and building eco-city has become the only option for Changsha. Energy-saving is not to sacrifice the interests, but to integrate the optimizations¡ªoptimizing the overall economic benefits of its life cycle. The construction field is a very important section for resource-saving and¡°Two-oriented Society¡±building. The proportion of building energy consumption of China¡¯s total energy consumption of social goods is increasing from 10% in 1978 to 30% at present.In the thesis, we discuss the suitable measures of residential energy-saving design, through local buildings, for the Changsha area depending on its climate in order to rise a reference to the local residential energy-saving design as well as promote the¡°Two-oriented Society¡±construction from technical level. The discussion is implemented through the utilizing the local resources and how to improve major technology of building energy consumption. Also, the thesis, based on building life cycle economic analysis, considers how to connect the general idea of building¡°Two-oriented Society¡±and technology of local residential energy-saving design.
