Abstract:
The Jinan-Qingdao Expressway begins with Great Bridge Road lying in the northen end of JiĄŻnan City East Outer Ring, and it ends in Xiyuan village of Qingdao City. It is connected with Xiliu Viaduct crossing on the State Highway 308. It is 318.6 km in length. The Expressway is the main traffic trunk road which is linked to the JiĄŻnan and Qingdao. The Jinan-Qingdao Expressway started construction in January 1990, and completed in December 1993 (JiĄŻnan section of K0Ą«K16 km, opened in October 1992). It is the major transportation routes which serves the economic development in Shandong Peninsula, the Midwest area and the Beijing-Tianjin region. It has created our province highway history.The Jinan-Qingdao Expressway adopted the asphalt concrete pavement and semi-rigid base. With the rapid economic development and traffic increasing dramatically, large vehicles grow rapidly in the past ten years. So some diseases appear on the asphalt pavement such as cracking, processing gradually, bleeding, spalling, rutting and so on. As an earlier highway in Shandong province and even the whole country, it will be repaired.These diseases should be solved on the asphalt concrete pavement in order to improve road traffic quality. In the case of lacking more mature experience, Weifang section (K168+923-K227+847)of Jinan-Qingdao Expressway carries out the scientific attempt from the perspective of repair scheme design, construction technology innovation, and meticulous management. other aspects. The scientific nature of the repair scheme and effectiveness of construction control have been proved fully through the late evaluation.This paper elaborates the repair scheme design, construction quality control of the asphalt concrete pavement and late evaluation mainly.
