Abstract:
The development of the new sensor technology relies significantly on the improvement of wireless power supply technology in microelectronic devices, the device which can provide wireless power for microelectronic device we called power harvest. With the increasing miniaturization of device structures and integration, the size of harvest smaller and smaller, traditional means and methods of analysis devices can not meet the requirements. So, in this article, we study on micro piezoelectric harvest from gradient effect. By building the model of micro piezoelectric harvest, we analyze the performance and harvest efficiency of the micro piezoelectric harvest. The details are showing below:(1) From conservation of energy we get the vibration equation of micro piezoelectric harvest by Hamilton variational principle.(2) Built the analysis model of the micro beam piezoelectric harvest. By the methods of Numerical Analysis, we obaint the influence of first-order gradient coefficient, and discussed the performance of prisoners to the structural parameters.(3) Built the analysis model of the micro plate piezoelectric harvest. By the methods of Numerical Analysis, we obaint the influence of first-order gradient coefficient, and discussed the performance of prisoners to the structural parameters.(4) Discussed covered electrode piezoelectric resonator mode coupling problem.In this article, we built the model of micro piezoelectric harvest. We get the vibration equation of micro piezoelectric harvest by Hamilton variational principle. And by the methods of Numerical Analysis, we analyze the influence of size effect on micro piezoelectric harvest.
