Abstract:
Two experimental means low Reynolds number of cylindrical probe position around the end of the stream by changing wind speed and change tracks in the evolution of the interference pulsating space were extensive and in - depth study of the experimental analysis of a single cylinder under various Reynolds number wake shedding frequency and morphology the spatial evolution ; simultaneously analyze the spatial evolution of the specific Reynolds number of Flow Fields morphology different spacing horizontal cylindrical single cylindrical flow around interference , the interference of different spacing vertical cylindrical single- cylinder flow around the center layer and shear layer on the vortex shedding frequency changes with Reynolds number and space in the form of the specific Reynolds number downstream field evolution . Finally , the same frequency , half-frequency interference octave exciting single space flow around a cylinder wake evolution , and by the different experimental conditions compared to each other , draw cylindrical wake in interference under the law of development of the pulsating space . Found in the low Reynolds number flow , single- cylinder flow around the the parallel vortex conditions unlikely to produce the phenomenon of vortex merging ; only tilted vortex conditions Reynolds number reaches a certain value, be possible to produce the phenomenon of vortex merging , thereby identifying the vortex the merging phenomenon began segments should happen inclined vortex generators ; the modal A ( small scale ring vortex instability ) , I will certainly generate a vortex merging phenomenon . Flow around a cylinder wake the pulsation space development in different interference obvious difference is found through the comparison of the experimental results . Overall , horizontal cylindrical or vertical cylindrical interference will promote the flow around a cylinder wake vortices space development and enhancement of the energy , and the extent to promote different cylinder spacing is not the same . Weak excitation of interference on the contrary , it will inhibit the flow around a cylinder wake vortices space development and enhancement of the energy , and even postpone the wake vortices merge .
