Abstract:
The integrated use of UV-visible spectroscopy , fluorescence spectroscopy , circular dichroism spectroscopy , viscosity , thermodynamics , and study the interactions between riboflavin , methylene blue , fluorescein rare earth complexes with herring sperm DNA , the combined ratio , the binding constant and thermodynamic functions of the two interacting parameters . Research in the physiological pH (7.40) under the conditions of riboflavin - dysprosium , riboflavin - samarium , methylene blue - samarium , methylene blue - dysprosium , fluorescein - samarium, fluorescein - dysprosium and DNA interactions , calculated complexes with DNA the combination of respectively 5 : 1,5 : 1,8 : 1,8 : 1,5 : 1,5 : 1 37 ¡ã C when the binding constants were K_b to ¦ÈDy ( III ) ( RF ) 3- DNA = 4.78 ¡Á 10 ~ 5L/mol, K_B ~ ¦ÈSm (¢ó) (RF) 3-DNA = 4.73 ¡Á 10 ~ 8L/mol, K_B ~ ¦ÈSm (¢ó) (MB) 3-DNA = 1.25 ¡Á 10 ~ 5L/mol, K_B ~ ¦ÈDy (¢ó) (MB) 3-DNA = 6.74 ¡Á 10 ~ 5L/mol, K_B ~ ¦ÈSm (¢ó) (FSC) 3-DNA = 1.88 ¡Á 10 ~ 5 L / mol, K_B ~ ¦ÈDy (¢ó) (FSC ) 3-DNA = 2.45 ¡Á 10 ~ 4 L / mol. Thermodynamic functions that riboflavin - dysprosium , riboflavin - samarium , methylene blue - samarium , methylene blue - dysprosium , fluorescein - dysprosium five kinds of complexes with herring sperm DNA are entropy driven luciferase - samarium enthalpy driven . Scatchard method, circular dichroism spectroscopy and viscosity studies have shown that the mode of action between riboflavin - dysprosium , riboflavin - samarium and herring sperm DNA are the role of electrostatic interaction and ditches , methylene blue - samarium , methylene blue - dysprosium are with the mode of action between herring sperm DNA intercalation and electrostatic interactions , the fluorescein - samarium , fluorescein - dysprosium with herring sperm DNA between the mode of action are the intercalation and ditches the role color .
